There are fifteen pullable cards plus nine boss signature cards, one per boss. You build a deck in the club and it stays equipped until you change it. The random part is the pull, in the club, with coins. Nothing is dealt at the start of a run.

Because the simulation is deterministic, two harnesses written independently, one by Claude and one by Codex, can replay exactly the same sixteen seeded nights. If they disagree, something is actually different.
